The delay on his is half because Matthias has to copy most of it from the reply that he sends to Isaac (which takes a long time to compose as he is trying desperately hard to get it perfect), and half because after he's written it, Matthias spends a long time trying to decide if he's meant to reply to this to confirm that he received it. Do people do that? He hasn't done that. Who does he ask?
